- Payment information: processed securely by our payment provider (WooPayments/Stripe). We do not store your full card details on our servers.
- Usage data: pages visited, browser type, and similar technical data collected via cookies (see our Cookie Policy for full details).
Why we collect it
- To process and fulfil your order, including passing necessary details to our print-on-demand partner (Gelato) so they can produce and ship your item.
- To process payment via our payment provider.
- To communicate with you about your order (confirmations, shipping updates, customer service).
- To comply with legal and accounting obligations.
- Where you’ve opted in, to send you marketing communications. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
We share the minimum necessary data with:
- Gelato (our print-on-demand and fulfilment partner) — to produce and ship your order.
- WooPayments/Stripe — to process your payment securely.
- Our hosting provider (IONOS) — to store and run our website.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
How long we keep your data
We retain order and transaction data for as long as necessary to fulfil legal, accounting, and tax obligations (typically 6 years in the UK). Marketing data is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
